Wedding Assistance Packages:
Ceremony Rehearsal
Includes one (1) meeting
with a coordinator and two (2) hours of
service at the ceremony location for the
rehearsal. A non-refundable deposit in the
amount of $75.00 will be required to reserve
the date with a signed contract.
Ceremony Rehearsal and Day
of Event Ceremony
Includes one (1) meeting
with a coordinator, two (2) hours of service
at the ceremony location for the rehearsal
and a coordinator present the day of your
wedding for the ceremony up to 1.5 hours. A
non-refundable deposit in the amount of
$125.00 will be required to reserve the date
with a signed contract.
Ceremony
Rehearsal and Day of Event Coordinating
Includes two (2) meetings
with a coordinator, two (2) hours of service
at the ceremony rehearsal. These coordinator
services cover the itinerary, confirm vendor
commitments as well as the details,
decisions and services that you have
contracted for. The coordinator will also
work with the information you provide to
formulate a master plan for the entire day,
so you can be sure that the details are in
place and the event is being managed by an
expert. A non-refundable deposit in the
amount of $500.00 will be required to
reserve the date with a signed contract.
Full
Service Coordinating
Includes up to seven (7)
meetings with a coordinator as you select
your wedding vendors (caterer, florist,
photographer, disc jockey, etc.) two (2)
hours of service at the ceremony rehearsal.
These coordinator services cover the
scheduling of appointments with vendors, the
itinerary, confirm vendor commitments as
well as the details, decisions and services
that you have contracted for. The
coordinator will also work with the
information you provide to formulate a
master plan for the entire day, so you can
be sure that the details are in place and
the event is being managed by an expert. A
deposit in the amount of $500.00 will be
required to reserve the date with a signed
